The Group Work Involved In The Practice Exploration Of The Elderly Community Integration

As a unique activity subject in the city where the old people move,they are in a weak position in social relations.After entering the new environment,they are unadapted to the different cultural systems in the new environment.Compared with young people,smooth resocialization is the obstacle they face,but also the basis of their successful integration into society.The author takes the elderly in zengchengyu mountain community as the research object,adopts the quantitative and qualitative research methods,comprehensively analyzes the current situation and needs of their community integration,and studies how to help the elderly in the community integration from the perspective of social work.First of all,the author through the questionnaire and interview with tea,form know trailing the elderly community into the present situation and the demand,according to the survey: reputation mountain community trailing the old man into the status for recreational activities monotonous,neighbourhood relations apathy,low community identity,community into requirements include rich leisure activities,promote neighborhood interaction,promote the community participation;Secondly,based on the "part in shaping the community a better life" as the main line in the community trailing the old man into the needs of the community,the author by recruiting high community activities to participate and have a talent team,drive never participate in community activities and only have a nodding acquaintance neighbourhoods team together to participate in group activities,to improve the ability of trailing the elderly community participation,with interests and emotion as the foundation,create community better memory,expand its neighborhood support network;Finally,elderly residents are encouraged to participate in voluntary services to serve the community and continuously promote their community integration.The conclusion and suggestion of this paper is:The participation of the old people in the community activities can effectively promote the integration of the old people in thecommunity.Group work is conducive to promoting the integration of the elderly community.In view of the deficiency and the need for improvement in the integration of the elderly into the group,this paper proposes to strengthen community mobilization and encourage the elderly to actively participate in community activities.Adopt various social work methods and integrate community resources;Promote the elderly to plan community activities independently.
