The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have promulgated guidelines on classifying and promoting the reform of public institutions in March 2011,It defines the principles of the reform,puts forward the general and phased objectives of the reform,and calls for the establishment of a management system and operation mechanism with clear functions,perfect governance,efficient operation and strong supervision by 2020.The classification reform of public institutions refers to dividing existing public institutions into three categories according to their social functions: undertaking administrative functions,engaging in production and operation activities and engaging in public welfare services.In the provisions of the classification reform of public institutions in 2017,teachers also affected the scope of the reform,canceling the establishment of University teachers,no longer included in the establishment management of public institutions,university teachers are employed independently by universities,but retain the attributes of public institutions.Under this background,the professional pressure experienced by University teachers,whether in frequency or intensity,is stronger than ever before.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the current situation and causes of University teachers' occupational stress under the background of the reform of institutions and to put forward effective coping strategies.Based on the background of classified reform of public institutions,198 teachers in M universities were investigated and studied by means of questionnaire,on-the-spot interview and empirical analysis.Through the analysis of survey data and interview information,the main sources of pressure are obtained,including institutional reform,scientific research pressure,salary system,performance appraisal,training system and academic factors.And from the society,schools and teachers of colleges and universities,it puts forward the strategies to alleviate the occupational stress of M University Teachers under the classification reform of public institutions.To provide theoretical and factual basis for effectively solving the problem of occupational stress of M University Teachers under the classification reform of public institutions,and to provide reference and reference for educational administrative departments,school managers and society in formulating educational policies,strengthening school management and improving the pertinence and effectiveness of educational reform.
