Research On Rural Grassroots Governance In China From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is an action guide that guides China's rural development industry,ecology,rural civilization and the rule of law,and is of great significance for realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the modernization of rural grassroots governance.In the continuous development of reform,opening up,and urbanization,China's rural grassroots governance has achieved great results,but the same rural grassroots governance also faces new and complex challenges of the times.In particular,the current "three rural issues" in China are getting deeper and deeper.Whether the current deconstruction and cracking of the rural governance dilemma is related to the realization of rural stability and national modernization goals.Therefore,how to realize rural revitalization and rural grassroots governance in the new era,how to solve the rural grassroots governance dilemma in the new era,how to make rural grassroots governance under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,has become a realistic problem to be urgently needed to promote rural grassroots governance.Based on the basic theory of rural grassroots governance in China and the discussion on rural revitalization strategy in the report of the 19 th National Congress,this study builds the rural grassroots governance system in the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,and analyzes the rural grassroots governance in China from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.Challenges and opportunities,status quo and analysis of the causes of problems,and put forward the realistic path of rural grassroots governance in China from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,and try to open the way for the effectiveness of rural grassroots governance under the vision of rural revitalization strategy in the new era.Specifically,starting from the theoretical basis of multi-center governance theory,deliberative democracy theory,and socialist deliberative democracy theory with Chinese characteristics,the basic theory of rural revitalization strategy and rural grassroots governance shows the logic of rural grassroots governance in China from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy Objectives: Explain the opportunities and challenges faced by China's rural grassroots governance from the perspectives of industry,ecology,rural civilization and the rule of law;from economic development,grassroots democracy,public services,ecological environment and rural social stability.This paper analyzes the substantive effects of rural grassroots governance from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy;from the perspective of loose rural party organizations,weak villager autonomy,elite brain drain,cultural public weakness and lack of public goods supply,the five aspects of rural revitalization strategy The prominent problems of rural grassroots governance;the weakening of the leading role of grassroots party organizations,the weakening of economic development,the defects of public service system,and the need to strengthen the democratic mechanism to summarize the reasons for the current rural grassroots governance dilemma;from the principles of rural governance and cultural construction Grassroots democratic self-government system,the supply of public goods aspects of the proposed construction of five real path of rural grassroots governance under the strategic vision of rural revitalization.
