Study On The Function Of The Grass-roots Party Organization In The National Village Revitalization

“To revive the nation,the countryside must be thriving.” In order to build a modern socialist power in an all-round way and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,China must solve the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers” and promote the revitalization of ethnic villages.At present,China has made persistent efforts to finish off poverty alleviation,and given priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas through the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The rural grass-roots party organization is an important force to promote the rural revitalization strategy and plays the leading and leading roles in the village governance.Therefore,we can not ignore the important role played by grass-roots party organizations in rural revitalization.Existing researches on the role of rural revitalization and grass-roots party organizations generally focus on the political field,and lack of empirical studies combining culture,economy and other aspects.Based on previous research results,this paper adopts literature analysis,participant observation,in-depth interviews and other research methods to conduct a detailed investigation on the governance of ethnic villages in S Village of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,an advanced grass-roots party organization in China.And in-depth analysis of the grassroots party organizations in the ideological guidance,village environment renovation,cultural brand construction economic support and other fields played by the positive promoting role,and then rethink and look forward to the revitalization of ethnic villages.The study found that under the severe loss of Yanbian Korean rural population in Yanbian area,S village adheres to the development mode led by the grass-roots party organization as the main line,improved the participation of the villagers in the village development,and built a united and cooperative ethnic village in an overall way.The village grass-roots party organizations constantly improve the village environment,give play to the leading role of party members,and carry out reasonable and effective governance according to the characteristics of ethnic villages.Under the concept of “a village with culture has a future.”,the grass-roots party organizations earnestly implement the development and protection of traditional culture,sublimate the integrated resources into unique cultural brand,and further promote the development of village culture and economy.It can be said that the governance work and practical achievements of the grass-roots party organizations in S village fully confirmed the necessity and effectiveness of comprehensively strengthening the role of the grass-roots party organizations,and also provided experience and inspiration for other ethnic villages to learn from.
