Study On The Legal Issues Of CSR Of Prison Enterprises In China

The concept of corporate social responsibility(CSR)has been paid more and more attention with the development of global economy,social transformation and the agitation of humanism.In China,the concept and theory of CSR are changing with the reform and opening up and the development of market economy.In analyzing the social responsibility of prison enterprises from the perspective of law,we should pay attention to the generality and particularity of prison enterprises as enterprises.The legal basis for enterprises to undertake social responsibility is applicable to prison enterprises.The legal nature of prison enterprises' social responsibility is the same as that of ordinary enterprises,but it is aggravated to some extent.The specific content of social responsibility of prison enterprises should be determined according to their own characteristics.It should be realized that China's prison system has entered the stage of deepening reform,and the unsolved problems in the early reform still face bottlenecks."separation of supervision and enterprise",as the top priority of the prison system reform,still has a long way to go.However,the experience accumulated in the early reform and the theoretical progress of CSR have made it possible to theoretically analyze the legal status and social responsibility of prison enterprises.Because of its particularity,it is necessary to establish the legal system of social responsibility of prison enterprises.Establishing a scientific legal system of social responsibility of prison enterprises is also conducive to the mutual promotion of legal system and system reform.At present,the social responsibility of prison enterprises is in a state of "no dependence".Only by continuing to promote the reform of prison system and standardize the ownership of property rights of prison enterprises,can the system supply be smoothly carried out.
