A Study On The Performance Of Emergency Management In H Province Universities

With the deepening of the research on emergency management in Colleges and universities,the performance evaluation has been introduced into the management of University.This paper uses such research methods as literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,entropy value method,variance analysis method,regression logic analysis method,and so on to the performance of emergency management in H province.Assessment and analysis.First,through the literature research at home and abroad,the theory,methods,types and characteristics of emergency management in Colleges and universities are combed,the connotation of emergency management in Colleges and universities is clarifying,and the principles of performance evaluation for emergency management of emergencies in Colleges and universities are determined.Secondly,on the basis of theory,we analyze the performance evaluation index of university emergency management,and finally determine the content of the index system.There are 5 first level indicators,12 two level indicators and 29 three level indicators.The weights of the indexes are calculated by AHP analysis.Finally,using the method of variance analysis,the data acquisition and descriptive summary of emergency management in Colleges and universities is summarized,and the present situation of emergency management in H province is further analyzed,and the results and reasons are analyzed by using the logical analysis method,and the personal suggestions are put forward.The performance score of this paper is concluded that the performance of emergency management in H province is high.Universities pay more attention to the process of dealing with emergencies.However,the performance of emergency information management system is low,the information management is not perfect,and the post information management and communication learning module is ignored.The 83 cases were found to have significant differences through analysis of variance,namely,physiological,emotional and accident types.Through logical analysis,the three factors of mental health,economic level and emotional experience are significant in the event.The above research work provides theoretical support to the emergency management of emergency events in H province.The purpose is to build a harmonious campus,maintain the stability of the University,and provide a reference for the university to deal with the emergencies.
