A Study On The Construction Of Emergency Management In Colleges And Universities In Gansu Province

With the ever-rising number of college students,the frequency of emergenci es in colleges and universities has gradually increased.Emergencies in colleges a nd universities not only bring negative effects to their images,but also directly i nfluence the normal operation of daily work in colleges and universities,as well as directly endanger the stability of society in extreme cases.During the develo pment of colleges and universities,constructing and perfecting the emergency ma nagement system of colleges and universities has become an important issue.Em phasizing the construction of emergency management system of colleges and uni versities meets requirements for realistic work and is of great value in exploring the social science theory.Taking L University as the research object,this paper focuses on L University's emergencies,use methods such as: theoretical analysis,investigation and research,interviews,to conduct the discussion focusing on the construction of emergency management system in colleges and universities.This paper divides emergencies in colleges and universities into pre-stage,in-process stage and post-stage according to stages,and finds out some problems through q uestionnaire survey,interview and others: emergency management systems in coll eges and universities are not perfect;the organization of emergency management is not well-organized,and worker of emergency management lack experience.As for these problems,the author puts forward some methods to perfect the earlywarning mechanism of the emergency,establish sound emergency handling mecha nisms and emergency protection mechanisms and so forth.Through the analysis,this paper is expected to construct a more scientific emergency management syst em in colleges and universities,and provide some references and suggestions for other colleges and universities.
