Research On The Management Of Party Members In Rural Areas In The New Era

Rural Party organizations is in the foundation of all Party work for the rural grass-roots,and also the most basic base for the implementation of the political,economic,cultural,social,ecological and other policies,principles and ideas,it is the bonds to strengthen the relationship between the Party and people,which plays an important part for the rural community construction,the party's work at the front,as well as the grassroots work stability,thus can not be replaced.Rural Party members are representatives of advanced productivity in rural areas,they are living in the grass-roots,working at the grassroots level,to serve the people at the grassroots level,they can form a direct docking with the masses,they are responsible for contacting the masses,publicizing the masses.organizing the masses,uniting the masses,and plays a mainstream position in the new rural construction.To do a good job of the development of rural Party members and the management of rural party member team and the rural party construction,to give full play to their role as the rural grassroots party organizations,improve the village governance and ability have an important practical significance.During the new historical period,the village Party construction has made great progress and breakthrough of the development of rural Party works.outstanding achievements have been achieved in the rural Party menmebers' development and management,the management is increasingly standardized,development process is increasingly perfected and regularized,but there are still many problems cannot be ignored.Based on the experience of Party construction in rural areas in China,from the perspective of village governance,rural Party members' development,rural Party member management,this study conducts in-depth discussion,according to the theory of governance theory,organization theory,management of party affairs,etc.,takes the Hengyang county in Hunan province as an case study,the paper mainly discusses the current problems during the development process of rural Party members,and studies all kinds of confusion in the rural party members management,finds out the root cause of the problem,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,the relevant concepts and basic theories of the development of rural Party members in the new historical period are expounded.Again takes the Hengyang county's east part in Hunan province as a case study,the current situation and problems of the development of party members in rural areas are analyzed,the study finds out that the main probelmes of rural Party member development are motivation,quality and quantity and development process,the problem of the management lies in the non-advanced management concept and the management method,etc.Thirdly,the reasons for the development of rural party members are discussed.Finally,it puts forward how to do a good job in rural party construction,how to develop party members in rural areas and how to manage the rural party members in the new historical period.
