With the official promulgation of China Enterprise Information Publicity System in 2014("interim regulation"),the enterprise credit information publicity system is formally established in our country.It adapts to the development requirements of the new stage after the reform of our country's commercial system,strengthens the enterprise's honesty and self-discipline,expands the social supervision,and improves the effectiveness of government supervision.At the same time,as a worldwide innovation in the reform of commercial system,this new enterprise information system of our country is bound to encounter various challenges and obstacles,both subjective and objective,both inside and outside the system,in the course of its subsequent implementation,and present various problems that are not in line with the expectations of reform or are not foreseen.Based on the Interim Regulations and the 9 regulations("1 +9 System"),this paper makes an empirical comparison and text analysis of the various problems found in the operation of the current enterprise information publicity system,and then discusses the causes of the problems that lead to the publicity system.we try to put forward some suggestions to improve the enterprise information publicity system in our country.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the content of this article to study the cut in and the question to lead out.After introducing and explaining the framework of the current enterprise information publicity system in our country,it will analyze and discuss the problems,causes and suggestions of the current enterprise information publicity system through the empirical and textual comparative analysis.The second part introduces the current situation and problems of enterprise information publicity system in China.Starting from the problem of system representation,this paper mainly analyzes and sums up the current situation and deficiency of enterprise information publicity system in our country from the empirical angle.The authenticity of information published by enterprises;The government departments involved in the administrative license or administrative penalty information disclosure rate and other issues,so that we further consider the current enterprise information publicity system whether there are still deficiencies,whether there are any other institutional deficiencies leading to the aforementioned problems.The third part is to analyze the system obstacles in the operation of the information publicity system.Based on the current enterprise information publicity system itself,the problems and shortcomings found in the second part,through this chapter to the current enterprise information system comb and analysis,from five aspects to explore the present enterprise information publicity system still has many obstacles to its effective operation.Through the inductive analysis of the cause of the problem,it provides support for the next part to put forward relevant proposals.The fourth part is the preliminary suggestion of improving the information publicity system of enterprises in China.This part analyzes the problems and causes,from the enterprise instant information distribution of public obligation;The public scope of annual report information;Unity of enterprise information publicity platform;The enterprise credit restriction enterprise senior executive range;Five aspects,such as the information sharing mechanism of government departments and the mechanism of joint punishment for breach of trust,are discussed.The fifth part is the conclusion.In this part,the author further distill and sum up the whole content of this article,and briefly explain the comparison of the research results with other existing results and the remaining problems of this topic,as well as the opinions and suggestions for further research.
