Research On Pension Policy Development In China In The New Century

Population aging is an irreversible trend of world development in twenty-first Century.Since 1999 China has entered the aging society,China's aging population has absolute scale,development speed,aging,unbalanced development and significant fluctuation characteristics of the aging population situation is very serious.Therefore,the development of pension policy in China since the new century by combing,grasp the pension policy development,summarizes the mature experience and problems of social and economic,cultural and psychological aspects of a positive response to population aging changes,and properly solve the pension problem,is the superiority of socialism,but also conducive to me in building a well-off society.This historical perspective from five aspects of pension system,pension system,pension services,pension system,pension system support auxiliary system history development of pension policy in our country,the construction of China's pension system,the old-age support system includes health support,environmental support of two aspects,including the elderly pension system the consumer market,the elderly spiritual culture,social participation and protection of the rights and interests of the four aspects of the elderly.It can be seen that the system of pension system in China built three-dimensional,but the policy has obvious short board;China's old-age security system to achieve full coverage,but the overall level of old-age insurance is low;the old-age service system of China's diversified development,but the overall construction is lagging behind.Therefore,this paper creatively puts forward the development of China's pension policy should adhere to the "1234" reform ideas.Adhere to the center of a pension system;the construction of two systems,old-age service system and pension system;strengthen the two support,health and environmental improvement;four,the elderly consumer market,the elderly spiritual and cultural,social participation and protection of the rights and interests of the elderly.Finally,the paper points out that integration is the direction of pension policy.
