Study On Improving Emergency Management System Of County-level Petrochemical Intensive Industrial Park

As a new focus of regional economic development in China,industrial parks play an important role in the development,optimization and upgrading of local industrial structure,and are the new engine of regional economic growth.The industrial park is a gathering place for various industrial enterprises and has a very important social and economic status.In the case of a sudden disaster,the industrial park will suffer huge economic losses.Therefore,it is very important to research and improve the emergency management system in response to the sudden crisis in the industrial park.Based on the concept and theory of emergency management,this paper analyzes the emergency management construction of the park in Ansai Industrial Park of Shaanxi Province as an example,and tries to find out the existing problems in the Ansai Industrial Park.The study found that the emergency management construction work of Ansai Industrial Park has just started,and the construction of emergency management system is still not perfect.The specific performance is the lack of supervision by the park management committee,the serious shortage of emergency management facilities and the backward construction of emergency information platform.In view of the problems in the construction of the emergency management system of Ansai Park,this paper analyzes the aspects of cognition,capital investment and platform loss,and puts forward the suggestions for the emergency management development of Ansai Industrial Park on the basis of the cause analysis.In view of the problems in the construction of emergency management system in Ansai Industrial Park,this paper analyzes the understanding,capital investment,platform shortage and other aspects,and puts forward suggestions for the development of emergency management in Ansai Industrial Park.Aiming at the problems of insufficient understanding,insufficient capital investment and lack of platform,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of emergency management system in Ansai Industrial Park from many aspects,including strengthening the emergency management consciousness of the workers in the park,increasing the investment in material allocation,strengthening the construction of emergency information platform and strengthening the emergency management of the park.In order to improve the construction of emergency management system in Ansai Industrial Park and provide ideas and reference for promoting the construction and smooth development of emergency management in Ansai Industrial Park,the construction of system and mechanism,good post-treatment and reconstruction work should be done.
