The Study On Education And Training Of The Cppcc Cadres And Its Improvment

The education and training for the staff of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) is an important part of that for the cadres of our country, as well as an important component of the work of the CPPCC itself. To carry out the work well is an important way to improve the theoretical level and the ability of work and construct high-quality cadres of CPPCC; it is the need for strengthening the building of the CPPCC and improve the level to work in the new period; it is the need for upholding and improving the CPC-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system, and developing socialist democracy; it is the need for promoting the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The CPPCC was established six decades, education and training of cadres of CPPCC work has been from its birth, development, and has gone through several stages. It achieved some results, but there are still many problems. This paper, using the methods of diachronic study, literature review and cause-effect analysis, elaborates on the importance of the education and training for the staff of the CPPCC, analyzes the mechanisms of conducting such education and training, reviews the history of its development, studies its status quo, summarizes its characteristics, points out its problems and analyzes the root of the problem arising, such as the historical burden, unclear definition, out-of-date concepts, irrational institutions, unregulated service providers, lack of professionals, and the limitations of CPPCC cause development and raises some feasible strategies for its improvement: first, follow correct guidelines and create scientific training concepts; second, build a system featuring rational, coordinated distribution of resources, complementary advantages and orderly competition; third, strengthen personnel building of training service providers, and foster and select competent professionals; fourth, strengthen the theoretical study of the CPPCC to promote all-round development of the CPPCC.All in all, the research outcomes of this paper present a real, complete picture of the education and training for the staff of the CPPCC, which can serve to effectively promote its reform and development and contribute to the theories related to political education, the CPPCC and management.
