Case Study Of "One Standard And Three Facts" In Chengdu Public Security Bureau

By introducing the New PublicManagement theory and the service government theory,this paper studies the case of "one standard and three facts" implemented by Chengdu Public Security Bureau by using the management research method.By combing out the development course and main perplexity of the public security work in China,based on the three aspects of effective implementation analysis,innovative methods analysis,and strong security analysis,build on the information construction of public security,the innovation of public security social management patterns,and the construction of a new type of community policing work,the study analyze the achievements of Chengdu Public Security Bureau in implementing the "One Standard and Three Facts" on strategic development of police data,strengthening the comprehensive management of society,and further strengthening community policing,and contribute to the construction of Chengdu Smart Public Security,and put forward conclusions.For other regions to implement "One Standard and Three Facts" to make inspiration.This article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction;The second chapter expounds the typical case of the Chengdu Public Security Bureau's implementation of "One Standard and Three Facts";The third chapter describes the case of "one standard and three facts" implemented by Chengdu Public Security Bureau;The fourth,fifth and sixth chapters analyze the evidence from three aspects: effective implementation analysis,innovative method analysis,and strong security analysis.Chapter 7 draws inspiration and outlook.
