A Study On The Strategy Of Military And Civilian Integration In Mianyang From The Perspective Of Synergism-game

With the constant improvement of the economy,science and technology are developing rapidly,with high technical threshold of civil-military integration is highlighted in the position in national innovation,18,big countries would rise as a strategic height,civil-military integration in such a big background,the civil-military integration of collaborative innovation as one of the important ways to improve the ability of technology innovation,not only can enhance the core competition of the technology,also can improve the innovation ability.As the only "science and technology city" in the country,mianyang city has become an important local subject in mianyang through which way to develop the civil-military integration and how to understand the local civil-military integration,which is also the basic point and research purpose of this paper.This paper mainly adopts literature analysis,theoretical analysis and field investigation,combines theory with practice,and adopts reasonable logic to discuss,which is mainly divided into four parts:The first part,this paper expounds the concept of civil-military integration and development,to distinguish,basic concepts and theories in terms of theory,mainly used in: game theory,schumpeter innovation theory,triple helix theory,industrial cluster theory,the essence of civil-military integration is a kind of schumpeter innovation theory,are the three screw theory of "production,study and research" a subset and deformation,this paper tries to use game theory to guide the construction of a collaborative innovation system of civil-military integration,finally to form a local high value-added of industrial clusters.Of MianYang,the second part,summarizes the development status quo of civil-military integration,lists of mianyang civil-military integration development,and has carried on the analysis of the causes to solve these problems,points out the core essence is one of the traditional government through giving support to guide the development of civil-military integration is not suitable for the local actual situation,at the same time,the lack of a will be to coordinate the various military and civilian integration participants,docking mechanism.The third part,through the cooperative game method to the local government,state-owned units,private enterprise into a collaborative innovation system,points out that the local government,state-owned units,private enterprises in cooperation game model of node location and interests,through system gain to Karl-hicks efficiency,and adopt reasonable allocation to safeguard the interests of individual interests game each participant.The fourth part,based on the results of the theoretical analysis of the model,puts forward Suggestions from the three aspects of strategic development,system construction and information docking.
