A Research On The Public Security Student Management Of Hubei University Of Police

As a very popular kind of student management in current public security colleges and universities,policing management has its unique historical origin and background,including both militarized management in traditional sense and diverse background in line with the current national conditions and contemporary era.Based on the influence of policing management on students majored in public security in public security colleges and universities,this thesis tries to discuss the role of policing management,a kind of highly professional management which focuses on professional qualities,in the cultivation of reserve police officers in public security colleges and universities.Any model or institution has its advantages as well as drawbacks.Under the background of reforming police recruitment system,policing management,driven by the scientific and technological advance in the era of Internet plus,keeps pace with the era,and the development of police talents with high quality represents the general trend.If the public security colleges and universities still take measures without attention to the changes in circumstances and carry out policing management in a blind and rigid way,it will be impossible for them to realize their people-oriented education target.This thesis,considering the subjective initiative of students in public security colleges and universities,analyzes the possible oversights of policing management in practice and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures in the aspects of management concept and means.Its main purpose is to help students in public security colleges and universities develop into qualified reserve police officers in the aspects of politics,abilities and faith under the pattern of the great ideological instruction and promote them to grow up into qualified law enforcers in an atmosphere full of human care when they are enjoying higher education,so that policing management can get more recognition and understanding.Therefore,this thesis tries to help students enjoy education and management,improve their intrinsic motivation of self-management and figure out a win-win way which both confirms to the general direction of policing management and is suited to their own individuality development through the establishment of comprehensive information service platform and the analysis of students' subject initiative and happy feelings.
