A Study Of The Strategy Of Private Colleges And Universities Of Guangxi Under The Background Of The Belt And Road

In order to meet the need of the regional economic development,the private colleges and universities of Guangxi have to raise the level of internationalization and cultivate international talents for the society.But the development of the internationalization of colleges and universities of Guangxi has not received enough attention and its level is seriously insufficient.The Belt and Road Initiative brings new chances and challenges to it.This paper analyzes the situation of high education internationalization of the private colleges and universities of Guangxi by having surveys,interviews and researching documents.Meanwhile,it has a study of the strength,the weakness,the opportunities and the challenges of the private colleges and universities of Guangxi with the SWOT analytic-model.It thinks that some factors restrict the development of the internationalization of the private colleges and universities of Guangxi,including the lack of attention to the private colleges and universities of Guangxi from the government,the college and university administrators' insufficient understanding of international education and the conditions of college and university operation.Therefore,it makes some suggestions that propose the colleges and universities to turn into the international philosophy,cooperate with the governments and entrepreneurs,adjust the professional and personal training mode,build a team of international teachers,create the international campus and develop the education of foreign students.
