Since the implementation of the college student village officials program in China,the government has paid much attention to the implementation effect of the village official system.The important factor that decides whether village officials can “work hard,live to stay and do well” is the incentive mechanism,and salary,as the most direct factor,affects their work enthusiasm and willingness to stay on.It is the key point of this paper to explore how to construct the salary system which can promote the work of college students' village officials and be suitable for the work life of college students.Based on the salary incentive theory in human resource management,through the investigation and study of university student village officials in Xiang Yang,through the application of literature analysis and the methods of theory with practice,the paper analyses the problems existing in the university student village official salary incentive system,and explores the reasons of these problems to provide reference basis for the government to formulate feasible college student village official salary incentive system by building college student village official salary incentive system which can improve the level of compensation,make appraisal system scientific,widen the channel of the promotion,improve the training mechanism,and adapt to the development of village officials,for the government to formulate feasible college student village official salary incentive system to provide reference basis.
