Research On The Intervention Of Grassroots Women's Federation Organizations In Domestic Violence In Zhuanghe City

Domestic violence is an act against human civilization and morality.It can easily lead to marriage and family breakdown,bringing mental and physical harm to family members,and creating a range of social instability factors.With the promulgation and entry into force of the anti-domestic violence law of the People's Republic of China,domestic violence is no longer a "family dispute" but a "social issue".This violates the law and violates the legitimate rights and interests of women and children.As a solid and reliable "mother's family" of the masses of women,the women's federation should focus on safeguarding women's legitimate rights and interests and preventing and eliminating domestic violence.Today,the research on women's federation's intervention in family violence is of great significance and far-reaching influence for the innovation of social governance and construction of a harmonious society.This paper starts with the research purpose,background,significance,domestic and foreign research status and theoretical basis of domestic violence.On the basis of clarifying several important concepts,such as grassroots women's federations and domestic violence,the questionnaire was designed in combination with relevant studies and local work practices of domestic and foreign women's organizations participating in anti-domestic violence.On the one hand,it conducts a questionnaire survey on the grass-roots women's federations in zhuanghe city,and on the other hand it investigates the ordinary people in different towns and streets of zhuanghe city.Through the analysis of the results of the survey,to grasp the status quo of zhuanghe women's organizations at the grass-roots level intervention domestic violence,summed up the zhuanghe women's organizations at the grass-roots level power is weak,loss of anti-family violence system,society's wrong idea of the three big problems.Based on the actual situation of the organization of grassroots women's federations in zhuanghe city and the current situation of domestic violence,this paper summarizes three reasons through consulting materials,collating and analyzing data.One is the unreasonable allocation of human resources.Second,the construction of policy mechanisms is not sound;Third,insufficient cultural environment.Then the integrated use of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,from zhuanghe current practical situation of aspects such as economy,politics,history background,based on promoting the zhuanghe all-china women's federation organization development intervention in domestic violence,from the rational allocation of human resources,domestic violence actively to improve domestic violence intervention mechanism,and create a good environment for domestic violence culture three aspects obtains,proposed a series of improvement measures.
