D City Grass-roots Public Security Police Job Burnout Research

With the rapid development of society and the advent of the era of big data,in the opening year of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the law enforcement environment of public security organs has become more complex than ever before.In order to better serve the society,the public security organs must be based on their own functions,for the work of higher requirements,higher standards and more efficient goals.Its work pressure is obviously increasing,especially the grass-roots civilian police in a high-intensity work state,high-load mental state,may lead to job burnout,and the grass-roots civilian police job burnout situation will affect their work status and work effectiveness,and thus affect the satisfaction of the masses to the work of the public security departments,therefore,it is extremely important to explore the issue of job burnout of civilian police.In this paper,based on the three-dimensional theory of job burnout,using the questionnaire method,using the question items of The Maslach occupational burnout scale and the pressure source measurement scale,which is widely used internationally,as the basic project of the questionnaire,investigates the actual situation of the work and life of the civilian police,and at the same time,redesigns and adjusts some of the questions,through the principle of key sampling,combined with the actual work and living conditions of the national conditions of our country and the public security police.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the grassroots police in City D.According to the data collected by the questionnaire survey,we found and summarized the problems,put forward practical solutions to the existing problems,with a view to effectively solving the job burnout problem of the grass-roots civilian police,and enhance the enthusiasm of the civilian police and professional honor.From the results of the study,it can be seen that the job burnout situation of the grass-roots police in D City has similarities with the job burnout situation of the grass-roots police in other parts of the country,but it also has special features.For D city grass-roots civilian police job burnout research,master a first-hand survey data,for the basic civilian police job burnout degree has an objective understanding,for the grass-roots civilian police personal basic situation of the research investigation can be more intuitive to find existing problems in the lives and work of civilian police,the results of the study are more convincing,help to solve the problem of job burnout,put forward more direct countermeasures.
