Study On The Protection Status And Countermeasures Of Rural Women's Rights Protection In Kangping County Of Shenyang City

Although the current economic and social development continues,people's living standards and social status are constantly improving.However,due to the influence of traditional concepts,economy and environment in some places,there is still the problem that the urban-rural dual structure,especially the rural women's rights and interests cannot be guaranteed.The issue of rural women is an important social issue,and the extent of rural women's liberation is an important measure of social progress.There are over 60 million rural women in the country.Whether these rural women can work and live health is not only related to the fate of rural women themselves,the fate of families and the future development of rural areas,but also the construction of a socialist harmonious society and the building of society.The new rural countryside is of great significance.The difficulties and problems faced by rural women's rights and interests in Kangping County,Shenyang City are very prominent.The feminization of agricultural production makes women's labor burden heavier.Because of its limited education,it is impossible to protect its own rights and interests,resulting in violation of rights and interests such as land rights,economic rights,marriage and family.This paper studies this,comprehensively analyzes the current situation of rural women's rights and interests protection in Kangping County and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The full text research work is summarized as follows: The first chapter introduces the purpose and theoretical basis of the topic selection,and elaborates the literature review on the protection of rural women's rights and interests.The second chapter introduces the status quo and analysis of rural women's rights and interests protection in Kangping County,Shenyang City.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the protection of rural women's rights and interests in Kangping County,Shenyang City.The fourth chapter proposes comprehensive measures to protect the rights and interests of rural women in Kangping County,Shenyang City.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.
