Empirical Research On Public Security Administrative Enforcement

As a part of the state apparatus,the public security organ is an organization that maintains public order,promotes good social customs,cracks down on crime,and guarantees people's living and working in peace and contentment.The administrative enforcement of public security is a concrete manifestation of the administrative functions of public security organs in China.Public security administrative law enforcement plays an important role in maintaining social order and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of public security.As far as the current situation of the rule of law in China is concerned,there are basically laws to follow,but the law must be followed,the law must be strictly enforced,and the law must be prosecuted is not satisfactory.In some areas,the phenomenon of lax and impartial law enforcement by public security still occurs from time to time.This phenomenon will seriously affect the implementation of the strategy of administering the country according to law and seriously affect the normal functioning of public security organs.How to realize the impartiality and honesty of public security administrative law enforcement and how to strengthen the construction of public security ranks have become a hot issue of social concern and debate.This paper analyzes the connotation and objectives of the supervision of public security administrative law enforcement,summarizes the existing problems of public security administrative law enforcement in China,and puts forward relevant suggestions on innovation and improvement of public security administrative law enforcement from three levels: macro-positioning,medium-level grasp and microoperation.On the basis of starting points above,it is expected that work,which is beneficial to F Public Security Administrative Enforcement of Law and Supervision,will be continuously improving and perfecting,so as to promote the law enforcement to be strict,fair,civilized.At the same time,it is also an inevitable requirement to build a society ruled by law.
