Research On The Function Of Village And Community Party Organization In New Rural Construction Of Ningxiang City

Rural grassroots party organizations is the fighting fortress of our party;besides,it is also the core leadership of our party in the countryside.It serves as the important brsdge between the party and masses of farmers,It is the propagandist,practitioners,the firm executor,so it shoulders the thought construction,the service populace,lesdership development and the agglutination,gathering strength in practice.It decides the party's ruling basis in the countryside and ruling status,and even determines the future of rural development.However,rural party organizations are weakened,the inadequate role of fighting fortresses,the weak role of vanguard role models of Party members,the weak collective economy at the village level and the increased difficulty of managing affairs have to a certain extent affected the Party's image among the broad masses of peasants and affected the "fish-water" relationship between Party groups and cadres.It hinders the healthy and orderly development of rural economy and society.As the organizer and implementer of the new rural construction,the rural party organization urgently needs to further strengthen its own functions so as to achieve its goal of becoming the main force and leader of the new rural construction.How village and community party organizations can effectively play their positive functions has become the key to the construction of a new countryside.Based on this,this paper analyzes the present situatio n of village and community party organizations with structural functionalism theory,discusses the existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures.The framework of this article consists of two parts,including the introduction part and the text p art,which consists of six chapters.In the introduction part,it is mainly to explain the background of the research,research significance,research purpose,research methods.The theoretical basis and literature review are mainly the introduction of bas ic theories and the elaboration of structural functionalism theory.Then,the paper analyzes the functions of the village and community party organizations in the new rural construction.This paper analyzes the positive and negative functions of village an d community party organizations in the construction of new countryside,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in village and community party organizations in China.Then,the paper analyzes the reasons that restrict the positive function of village and community party organizations in the new rural construction.At the same time,through studying the advanced typical experience of Changshu jiangxiang village,jingmen city,jiangyuan district,xingyi city cold Dong village and other areas in the new rura l construction,we further understand the effective ways to master the new rural construction village and community party organization function realization.Finally,opinions and suggestions for effectively exerting the positive functions of party organizations include strengthening self-construction,improving the quality of the masses of party members,broadening and strengthening the channels of collective economy,consolidating the joint efforts of the party and the masses,and promoting the construction of democracy and the rule of law.
