As the oganizors and practitioners of rural development,the cadres of countryside play a significant role in the rural governance.The rural officials are the mainstay of people living in the suburbs,who manage rural daily work as well as adhere to the line,principles and policies of the Party.Especially,the rural cadres are responsible for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.When the cadres lead people to contribute to the rural construction,they need to take the development of industrialization and rural civilization into consideration earnestly.Therefore,improving the managing capability of rural officials is a serious problem under the background of rural revitalization strategy.In the context,this dissertation researches and analyses the management of rural officials in the L town of Qinhuangdao,utilizing the method of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire feedback.This dissertation aims to promote the perfection of rural cadres' governing principles in the L town and impel the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Albeit the government takes several measures on the management of rural officials and have positive effects to some extent,there are still many problems in the important aspects in the L town,such as the selection and appointment of officials,the assessment and evaluation of performance,the safeguards and securities of remuneration as well as training and future promotion.This may result in unreasonable age structure,unprofessional personal skills,imperfect remuneration security and unuseful alternative-officials.Hence,based on the consequence of questionnaire feedback and the realistic situation in the L town,updating the policies of selection and appointment of rural cadres,enhancing the performance-assessment machanism,establishing reasonable salary security system and strengthening the staff training could facilitate the management of rural cadres efficiently,which are the cornerstone of rural revitalization.
