Research On The Construction Of Government Wechat Platform Of Zunhua

With the further development of mobile Internet technology and e-government,the new media of government affairs represented by "two micro ends"(microblog and WeChat and mobile client)gradually entered the public view,becoming an important platform for information disclosure,interaction between government and people and public service.WeChat public platform is a new media,a new channel for government and citizen interaction,and a new platform for public services by government agencies to release information by means of article publishing,message interaction,convenience menu and other means through text,picture,audio,video and other forms of expression.Since the launch of "WeChat public platform" in August 2012,WeChat of government affairs has stood out from the "two micro ends",showing strong communication power and influence,and got high attention.It has became the most active platform for political and civil exchanges in the new media of government affairs.This paper takes the construction of WeChat platform for government affairs in zunhua as the research object,adopts the literature research method,case study method and comparative study method.First elaborates the relevant concepts and theories of government WeChat,laying a theoretical foundation for further research.Secondly,the paper analyzes the basic situation,content,interactivity,service function and other problems of WeChat platform construction in zunhua: inaccurate function positioning,unbalanced platform development,serious content homogeneity,poor interactivity and poor service function.Finally,by analyzing the causes of existing problems and drawing on advanced experience,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of WeChat platform construction for zunhua municipal government affairs: transforming the operation concept and clarifying the function orientation;Strengthening top-level design and strengthening operation management;Strengthen linkage between departments and improve content quality;Establishing a response mechanism and strengthening interactive feedback;Set up the service platform and provide multi-angle "Handheld service".
