Study On The Relation Between China And Iran In One Belt And One Road Strategy

It is much significant for China and Iran to build a favorable relationship in One Belt and One Road strategy.China need import energy from Iran for economic development.And Iran need Chinese political support in order to reentry to the world stage.What's more,Iran also need capital and technological support from Chinese for its domestic program construction.Therefore having a nice cooperation relationship is an important decision to win-win for two countries.China and Iran created a favorable diplomatic relationship during the period of Silk Road.Nowadays,the two countries has vast potential for future diplomatic development in One Belt and One Road strategy with the development of economic globalization.First of all,this thesis introduces the mutual diplomatic policy demand at the present stage on the basis of analyzing the long diplomatic history between China and Iran.Secondly,it will introduce the background and connotation of One Belt and One Road strategy and the important role of Iran in this strategy.Thirdly,it analyzes numerous positive elements which can promote mutual communication and cooperation between China and Iran.These elements include geopolitics,energy and economy,history and culture,national interest,domestic political situation and complicated Middle East situation and so on.And they are catalyst to promote the two countries to cooperate.Iran today has been lifted the international sanction and is eager for integrating with world,meanwhile,it also hankers for communication and cooperation with more international countries.Iran expects to put forward proposal about One Belt and One Road and hopes to develop diplomatic activities with more countries through this strategy.Finally,this paper deems that China and Iran can strengthen cooperation intensively from the following aspects under the theory of equal communication,deepening opening pattern and achieving mutually-beneficial and win-win: The development demand is the basic power for joint construction of One Belt and One Road;Having nice public relationship is social foundation of carrying this strategy forward;The interconnecting infrastructure is the premise and guarantee of carrying this strategy forward;Financial cooperation is the crucial support of implementing this proposal;Unblocked trade is the key way of sharing this strategy.A comprehensive strategic partnership will be founded between China and Iran through mutual communication and cooperation.The establishment of this kind of relationship not only brings huge domestic interest for two countries,but also has a positive effect on the recovery of world economy and the stabilization of world order.What's more,One Belt and One Road strategy will make more countries involve in global economic development and make more people enjoy the achievement.
