Research On The Strategic Thinking Of "The Belt And Road"

Nowadays,the international situation is complex and changeable.The global economy has not yet completely come out of the “cold winter”.The economic level of the emerging developing countries keeps catching up with that of the western developed countries.The traditional global governance model led by the western countries cannot coordinate the realistic predicament.At the same time,the weak world economic situation has a great negative impact on China's economic development.China urgently needs to optimize its economic structure and carry out industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on this reality,the “The Belt and Road” initiative came into being.It can be said that the “The Belt and Road” initiative is a major strategic decision made by our country to profoundly understand the changes in the international situation and coordinate the two overall situations at home and abroad.This “China plan” fully embodies “China's wisdom”.The strategic thinking of “The Belt and Road” implied in it is not only the comprehensive embodiment of our new generation of leaders' international diplomatic thoughts,but also the thinking of our leaders on the future fate of mankind.This article will study the strategic thinking of “The Belt and Road”.The article includes three parts: introduction,text and epilogue,of which the body is composed of four parts.The first chapter mainly summarizes the strategic thinking of “The Belt and Road”,including the connotation and development process of the “The Belt and Road” initiative.This chapter focuses on the definition and essence of the “The Belt and Road” initiative.It divides the development course of “The Belt and Road” initiative into three parts,namely,incubation period,promotion period and development period,so as to form a general survey of the “The Belt and Road” strategic thinking.The second chapter mainly describes the forming conditions of the “The Belt and Road” strategic thinking,and elaborates the background of the formation of the “The Belt and Road” strategic thinking,which is divided into two parts of the international and domestic levels.At the same time,we study the theoretical origin of the “The Belt and Road” strategic thinking,and draw the conclusion that the “The Belt and Road” strategic thinking has developed the theory of Marx and Engels' s world history,inherited the theory of opening socialism with Chinese characteristics,and contained the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The analysis of the practical basis of the “The Belt and Road” strategic thinking also shows that the emergence of the “The Belt and Road” initiative complies with the trend of the times.The third chapter summarizes the contents and characteristics of the initiative of “The Belt and Road”.The initiative of “The Belt and Road” aims at creating a community of human interests,a community of responsibilities and a community of destiny.Guided by the principle of “sharing,sharing,mutual benefit and win-win”,we achieve the common development of all countries in the world through the “five links”,and get rid of the traditional hegemonic governance model,which is open,pragmatic,innovative and win-win.The fourth chapter expounds the significance of the initiative of “The Belt and Road” from two aspects: theoretical significance and practical significance.The initiative of “The Belt and Road” enriches and develops the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and adds new connotation to building a new theory of mutual benefit and win-win international relations.In practical sense,it is conducive to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,provides a new development platform for international cooperation,and creates a new global governance model for promoting the construction of the community of human destiny.
