The Research On The Trust Relationship Of The Residents In The "Post-unit Society" Community

China in the 21 st century is experiencing a critical period of transformation from a traditional society to a contemporary one.In this historical stage,the disintegration of the unit system under the planned economy and the construction of community system under the market economy system became the firm direction of China's social development and progress.Urban community construction is an important part of the social development at the grass-roots level in China.This paper focuses on the D community of changchun,a unit system community to be demolished in the "post-unit society".The subjects of the study include the pre-demolition residents and their administrators,the neighborhood committee of community D,and the demolition company.First of all,the author will on demolition in the process of interaction between the demolition subject form,elaborates the interactive effect,and on this basis will be divided into unity trust relations,the game model of trust relationship trust three specific types,cold type,as well as the three types of trust relationship of reason and logic to parse and detailed narration.Finally,through the theory of social trust,and the theory of authority theory Angle of view the trust between community residents and residents' committees indifference to logic analysis and put forward the path of the trust mechanism tentative reconstruction,showing in the unit after "society" the reality of community construction situation,especially in the northeast of the end of the "unit system" typical process of community building still should respect historical continuity of the objective laws,giving unit in the era of path dependence to full attention,at the same time,through the community information into the open and the specialization construction of community service,realizing the unit after "society" community trust for reconstruction and development.
