Study On The Residents Participation Of "Post-Unit Community" From The Perspective Of Community Governance

Since the introduction of "social governance",its promotion and innovation has become an important issue in national construction.The warp and woof of social governance is at the grass-roots level,and the city community is the basic management unit of the society at the grass-roots level,also is in the forefront of the work to carry out the implementation,therefore,the strengthening of community governance and promote proposition is of significant to China's social governance.Based in the management of community governance,is the key to the residents to participate in,residents' participation is positive and effective to a certain extent about urban community construction success or failure,in a sense,is the community residents to participate in community governance process.For a long time after the founding of new China,unit was an important management and functional unit of urban community in China.Economic and social reform has disintegrated the system of units,but the system of units has not been dissolved,and it has played an important role in urban life after the transformation.After the transformation,the unit community did not abandon the original spatial advantage,and it shaped the regional community through the combination of residence,interests and emotional relations in a certain area.However,it also breaks through the original centrality,closure and exclusiveness,and goes from homogeneity to heterogeneity in terms of residents' composition,social interaction and community identity.In summary,in the wave of economic and social reform,the unit community has evolved into a residential area with "traditional" and "modern" characteristics.To make clear distinction with other communities,the author put those changes in terms of change in the structure of the system of community called "after the unit community",in this study refers to the specific set up on a unit,in "unit system" to "community system" after the reform,on the premise of living space reservation,in communities,social interaction,behavior patterns,and community identity change in aspects of the community,this kind of community is often referred to as "XX(company name)community" or "employees"."After the unit community" spun out of the traditional system of community,the development of special make its residents role transition from "unit person" to "community person",so the participation of residents in community affairs and activities about the particularity of urban community is different from other types.Therefore,successful excavation "after the unit community residents to participate in" features,and make the residents to actively participate in community public affairs and long-term construction,is not only the key to achieve resident status change,is an effective way to promote the smooth transition of system of community,but also the breakthrough of promoting community governance innovation.As an important industrial cluster in northeast China,the northeast has built a number of units of single units in the planning economy with intensive enterprise units and public institutions.Affected by the reform of the community management system and the policy restructuring of enterprises,the region has become one of the most concentrated areas of "post-unit community".Unit after the "community" in the process of transformation from traditional to modern after disintegration of hardships,and bear the responsibility to promote the development of the city,there is a concentration of various complicated contradictions at the grass-roots level "field",the construction difficulties and residents involved in trouble has become a community governance promote the "bottleneck".Therefore,this study is located in the northeast of Changchun "after the unit community" typical C community as an example,through detailed investigation of the community,the more clearly a comprehensive understanding of residents in the main body,content and way of the status quo,in-depth excavation residents participate in characteristics,using the theory of social capital,supplemented by the governance theory,and combined with the characteristics of the unit after "communities",analyzing the characteristics of the residents to participate in the formation reasons,in order to improve residents participate in some referential Suggestions put forward,for the unit after "communities" construction and the urban community governance support work.
