Research On The Influence Of Sports Games On The Social Adaptability Of Female Drug Addicts

On February 26,2019,the "national experience sharing meeting on drug control and investigation" called for in-depth study and implementation of general secretary xi jinping's important instructions on drug control work and the new mechanism for fighting drug crimes.In 2012,12 UN agencies jointly issued a "joint statement on the closure of compulsory detention and rehabilitation centres",calling on countries with compulsory rehabilitation and rehabilitation centres to close them.Releasing detainees and then implementing voluntary,evidence-based and rights-based social services in the community,it argues that addressing drug abuse through the current mandatory detoxification has led to more secondary problems.After addicts upon their return to society,and can quickly adapt to the society,the social adaptation ability is low,this part of the crowd they there is anti-social behavior,and even a threat to the family or the family harmony,at the same time,their relatives and friends to oneself of distrust and suspicion,didn't get the support and recognition,addicts eventually on the path of relapse.As an effective means to strengthen physical fitness,sports games play a positive role in comprehensively developing the physical quality of drug addicts and improving their social adaptability.Through sports games,drug addicts can be promoted to unite and love the spirit of collectivism and tenacious,resourceful,decisive and other good qualities.Sports games can alleviate the psychological anxiety of drug addicts through their competitiveness.Improve interpersonal communication skills;With its entertainment to alleviate the bad mood so that the character of drug addicts gradually become cheerful;Physical exercise games promote the mental health development of drug addicts.Therefore,this study took 58 drug addicts in Inner Mongolia women's compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center as the research object,andadopted the diagnosis scale of social adaptability in psychological diagnosis of college students to investigate drug addicts,and investigate whether sports games have certain influence on the social adaptation of drug addicts.The purpose of this study is to improve the basic ability of drug addicts to integrate into modern society and promote the social adaptation and development of drug addicts through sports and games,in the hope of providing better content and methods for drug addicts,and finally contributing to the early adaptation and integration of drug addicts into society.Research results:1.According to the survey results,due to the influence of various factors such as education level,occupation,family,living environment and so on,female drug addicts have poor social adaptability,which only accounts for5.17%.The number of people with poor adaptability unexpectedly reached41.37%.Forming good social adaptability is of great significance in helping drug addicts return to society.2.Dodge games with moderate difficulty can improve the response ability of drug addicts.Flexible ability and running ability have obvious effects on cultivating the interest of detoxification patients in sports and enhancing their self-confidence.At the same time,it also promotes the mental health level of drug addicts.3.Cooperative sports games can improve the spirit of unity and cooperation among drug addicts.Reduce the psychological inferiority,the trust and trust between people,sense of identity has obvious effect,to improve the ability to adapt to the society has a positive role.4.Language expression games can improve the language expression ability and the ability to communicate with people of drug addicts,and improve the interpersonal skills of drug addicts to a certain extent.5.Sports games can improve the recognition between people with different behaviors.6.Through 24 weeks of physical game intervention,29 drug addicts in the experimental group were tested by questionnaire,and their social adaptabilitywas improved to a certain extent,which was significantly different from the control group.Sports game intervention is an effective intervention method for the social communication ability of drug addicts.
