On The Concept Of "National Autonomy" And The Essence Of Modernization Of National Governance

"National autonomy" is an important concept in the study of national political theory.Since the 80 ’s,the study of national autonomy has become popular,and to this day,the concept of national autonomy is still constantly being revised,and its connotation and extension are constantly expanding.The national autonomy with rich content has profound guiding significance and practical significance for the realization of the modernization of national governance.This paper analyzes the concept of national autonomy through four chapters,and interprets the dialectical relationship between national autonomy and the essence of the modernization of national governance.The first chapter analyzes the background and theoretical support of the concept of national autonomy,summarizes several stages of the development of the theory of national autonomy,and summarizes the views of different schools on the study of national autonomy.The second chapter makes a deep and systematic study on the connotation of the concept of national autonomy from different angles,and will expound the content and embodiment of national autonomy from four aspects of national system autonomy,functional autonomy,structural autonomy and behavior autonomy,and explains the connotation and extension of national autonomy in a comprehensive and systematic way.The third chapter takes the theory of national autonomy as the method and tool to analyze the effectiveness of national governance and the modernization of state governance--the validity of state management,so as to find out the potential relationship between national autonomy and the effectiveness of national governance,and to make a concrete demonstration of its dialectical relationship,so as to draw conclusions: The growth of national autonomy needs to be promoted by the improvement of the effectiveness of national governance.The fourth chapter is to extend the relationship between national autonomy and the effectiveness of national governance,explore concrete ways to improve the effectiveness of national governance,and comprehensively promote the growth of national autonomy through the improvement of the effectiveness of national governance.
