A Study On The Construction Of Deliberative Democracy In People's Organizations Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialist deliberative democracy has achieved rapid development.The healthy and orderly advancement of the people's organizations in deliberating democracy plays a decisive role in the development of socialist deliberative democracy.Deliberative democracy of people's organizations is produced in the process of China's revolution,construction and reform.It is an indispensable part of socialist deliberative democracy and has a very obvious advantage.Therefore,the construction of democratic organizations by the people's organizations has important research value.The full text consists of three parts: The first part is the overview of consultative democracy of people's groups.This part defines the connotation and constituent elements of deliberative democracy of people's organizations as the logical starting point and paving the way for the full text;secondly,it makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the forming conditions of people's group deliberative democracy;finally,on the basis of clarifying the connotation and forming conditions of people's group deliberative democracy,it further explores the functions of people's group deliberative democracy in order to clarify the advantages of deliberative democracy of people's organizations.The second part examines the development of deliberative democracy of people's organizations since the 18 th National Congress.This part firstly summarizes the achievements in the construction of consultative democracy of people's organizations since the 18 th national congress.Then it explores the existing problems in its development,and excavates the reasons for the problems.The third part explores the improvement path of consultative democracy of people's organizations since the 18 th national congress.In view of the existing problems of consultative democracy in people's organizations since the 18 th national congress of CPC,this part puts forward some Suggestions to improve the understanding of consultative democracy in people's organizations,cultivate the consultativeconsciousness and consultative ability of people's organizations,improve the forms of consultative democracy in people's organizations,and strengthen the institutional construction of consultative democracy in people's organizations.In a word,based on the exploration of the connotation,constituent elements,forming conditions and functions of the people's organizations' deliberative democracy,this paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the people's organizations' deliberative democracy construction since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and analyzes the reasons for its problems.Finally,for the problems that exist,it tries to put forward countermeasures for the healthy and orderly promotion of consultative democracy of people's groups.
