Exploration On Community Participation Practice Of The Elderly With Migration From The Perspective Of Resource Mobilization

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the number of elderly people who will move along will become larger and larger.There are some problems in the life of the elderly migrants in the urban community,such as maladjustment,single life,narrow social support network,and being excluded by the local residents.They never take the initiative to participate in community affairs and live in the urban community,but because these problems are "isolated" outside the community.If not improved,these problems will affect the physical and mental health of the elderly who are migrating,as well as their well-being in community life.the society will also be.This paper carries out a practical study on the community participation of the elderly with migration in urban communities,hoping to promote their community integration by promoting the community participation of the elderly with migration,so as to enhance their well-being in life.From the perspective of resource mobilization,community participation of the elderly with migration emphasizes resource integration and links,pays attention to the ability of the elderly with migration to participate in community development,and encourages the establishment of various relationship networks to promote community development.Mobilization of resources,mobilization of members and mobilization of frameworks are three important dimensions of resource mobilization theory.The "resources" in the dimension of resource mobilization only refers to the narrow sense of resources,that is,all the material resources,network resources,media resources,time resources,cultural resources needed in collective action;the mobilization of members needs to fully mobilize those potential and already involved members,mobilize a certain number of members,let him Only by actively participating in collective action can the collective action be carried out smoothly.Framework mobilization attaches importance to the role of discourse,ideology,symbolic behavior,propaganda and emotion in collective action.This process requires framework integration,that is,through the transformation of an action goal and strategy,there will be similar ideology.The process of combining values or goals.Therefore,from the perspective of resource mobilization,it is necessary to mobilize resources,members and frameworks to enhance the community participation of the elderly with relocation.In short,all the available affairs including the elderly with relocation should be regarded as community resources to promote the elderly with relocation toparticipate in community affairs through community resource discovery and utilization.Develop the volunteer service team for the elderly with relocation,promote their participation in community service,provide volunteer service for the community,lead them to understand the community and its resources,strengthen the relationship between the elderly with relocation and the community residents and associations,carry out volunteer training,enhance the volunteer service ability of the elderly with relocation,and make them better feedback to the community.We should create a good community atmosphere to achieve mutual assistance.In this study,the elderly with migration as the main body,using the perspective of resource mobilization,community participation of the elderly with migration was studied.The author participates in the community participation project of elderly people in Shenzhen X community,and provides specific services for the elderly in X community by using resource mobilization theory.Through relevant professional social work services,provide community participation platforms and plans for the elderly with migration,promote community integration of the elderly with migration,and improve their urban well-being.In the process of service,collected the first-hand information of community participation of the elderly in X community,including project documents,service planning,service development,and after-service summary.Finally,the paper makes a reflection on the service,and draws a conclusion that it is an effective method to promote the community participation of the elderly with migration from the perspective of voluntary service.It is believed that voluntary service is a starting point to encourage the elderly with migration to provide voluntary service to the community,which is conducive to tapping the potential and value of the elderly with migration.It helps to enhance their sense of self-efficacy.It is manifested in the involvement of elderly people in community service and community affairs.
