Participatory Mobilization: Research On Resource Mobilization Under Community Development Stragety

The community development model refers to mobilizing the participation of community residents,coupled with the assistance and support of higher-level governments and outside organizations,mobilizing resources inside and outside the community to solve community problems and meet the needs of residents.This model emphasizes the participation and cooperative communication of residents,focusing on the cultivation of individual abilities,public awareness and community belonging in the process of community participation.This theory and practice model has been widely used in China,but in today's Chinese society,there are some challenges in promoting community development.There are two main aspects: First,the behavior of free-riding,many residents are indifferent to community affairs,resulting in Resident community participation is low.Second,it is unsustainable.It is difficult to establish long-term partnerships in community development,or fail to establish formal community organizations.But the root cause behind these challenges is the lack of resource mobilization.Therefore,this paper studies the role of resource mobilization in promoting community development.This paper studies the community development from the mobilization theory of resources mobilization.We conducted in-depth interviews with the Yi Cang case of the Shuijingfang project of Chengdu IYOUSHE Community Development Center.After analysis,the following main conclusions were obtained:(1)The general analysis framework of resource mobilization consists of resource network and action framework.,legality and feedback mechanism are composed of four elements.(2)Firstly,Yicang explores resources through differential mobilization and builds a resource network.The basic action frameworks such as “poor” and “poor households” cannot attract residents' continued participation.In Yicang,there is a drama through empathy and participation process.In the middle of the two levels of action framework for residents to generate empathy to mobilize;why do you believe that love has a play this institution? The most important thing is that the neighborhood provides legitimacy,which is formed by the discourse(culture),not the administrative authority or the professional authority's action symbol;at the same time,the residents can become the core person in charge of the community organization in this process.In the process of action,we realized the empathy.These feedback mechanisms have promoted the continuous participation of residents.In summary,the resource mobilization practice of Yicang presents the wisdom: cultural people,empathic design,and poor participation.Three strategies.(3)These resource mobilization strategies are based on participatory development.Therefore,this article refers to this mobilization as participatory mobilization.This study enriches the theory of community development and the theory of resource mobilization.From the perspective of resource mobilization,it re-understands why community development cannot be promoted,and provides a future social organization for promoting community development.Drawing on the opinions.
