Rearch Of The Security Of Personal Information Under Real-name System Of Telecom Code Number

As a result of the reform of China's telecommunication network supervision mechanism,the real-namesystem has been implemented,and more effective Internet management has been implemented.Therefore,the implementation of the real-name system makes all the people who use the telecommunication network expose their personal information to the network.According to the characteristics of the Internet,illegal elements are very easy to steal users ‘information,thus infringing on personal rights and interests.Therefore,while implementing the new mechanism,the relevant departments must safeguard the information of the public.On the one hand,they need to promote the implementation of the real-name mechanism in place and improve the personal information input of telecommunication users.On the other hand,they must protect the above-mentioned information to avoid greater risks.Therefore,in the current situation,how to safeguard the public's personal information is not leaked,rights and interests are not undermined is imperative.It has profound theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of personal information security.In the first part,we investigate the current situation of personal information security in Foshan City under the real-name system of telecommunication numbers through questionnaires: we draw five conclusions: the real-name system of telecommunication numbers is beneficial to personal information security,the proportion of fraudulent bad short messages is high,the crime of infringing personal information is cracked down by many departments in Foshan City,the "disaster-stricken areas" are determined by investigating all walks of life,the ways of reporting are announced,and the agencies are launched.Participate in reporting infringement of personal information.In the second part,we analyze the problems of personal information security under the real-name system of Foshan Telecom Number,including the loopholes of Foshan Municipal Government in personal information security.Legal reasons lead to insufficient protection of personal information.The problem of network security leads to the problem of personal information security.In the third part,we analyze the reasons for the problems of personal information security under the real-name system of Foshan Telecom Number from three aspects: government,law and network security.In the fourth part,we give the personal information security safeguard measures under the real-name system of Foshan Telecom Number: the government needs to set up special organizations to coordinate the personal information security safeguard;Foshan should strengthen supervision;Foshan can set up special infringement of personal information reporting telephone;Foshan strengthens the propaganda work of protecting personal information security,the government and the government.Other departments should strengthen guidance to the telecommunications industry.Strengthen industry self-discipline,strengthen the awareness of personal information protection of government agencies,strengthen government supervision,establish laws related to the real-name system of mobile phone users,strengthen administrative supervision system,clarify the jurisdiction of courts and strengthen the popularization of laws,and strengthen moral propaganda of mobile phone users.As far as the law is concerned,it is necessary to promulgate personal information security laws and establish special real-name regulations as soon as possible.The telecommunications industry needs to strengthen self-discipline.The government and other departments should strengthen guidance to the telecommunications industry and actively cooperate with the
