With the advent of the era of mass tourism and the innovation of network communication technology,the frequency of tourism network public opinion and the difficulty of coping with it are increasing.Qingdao high-priced shrimp,Harbin highpriced fish,Lijiang female tourists were beaten and other travel-related incidents were exposed,directly triggered an upsurge of public opinion,aggressive public opinion in a short period of time to bring a heavy blow to the image of the city where the incident took place.Tourism network public opinion,such as high-price shrimp and tourists being beaten,has a serious negative impact on the image of Qingdao and Lijiang,when Qingdao was labeled as "Rip tourists off " and Lijiang as "Bullying tourists ".The label has brought "regional stereotype",which has become the haze of Qingdao and Lijiang.However,the low efficiency of government response to public opinion is not only not conducive to the restoration of the city image,but also will have a secondary impact on the image of the city in public opinion,aggravating the impact on the choice of public tourism destinations.It will affect the overall development of tourism in the city involved in tourism public opinion.It is not difficult to observe that the city image is of strategic significance to a city,especially to the city where tourism economy plays a pillar role in the development of city economy.A heavy enough load of feathers can sink a boat--the awesome power of sheer numbers.Therefore,as the service provider of urban development and the manager of urban image,how to respond to the public concern about tourism public opinion events by improving the efficiency of government response to network public opinion,and take effective measures to calm public opinion,is the key to restrict the effective restoration of the image of the city.This article takes " Research on the Impact of Government Response Effectiveness of Public Opinion of Tourism Network on Urban Image Restoration " as the topic,Firstly,to research the background and the research significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation,the research ideas and methods,the research innovation makes the explanation;Secondly,the paper elaborates the core concept and theoretical basis of this paper,and combines the research summary,concept determination,theoretical basis,and the analysis and induction of the elements of city image and government response efficiency mentioned in the academic and government texts,to develop the analysis framework of this paper;Then,the hypothesis of this study is put forward to clarify the design and recovery process of the questionnaire,the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire,and the methods used in the data statistics.After testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,this paper makes an in-depth study on the statistical results of the data from three parts: descriptive statistical analysis,survey data analysis and dimension analysis of influencing factors;in the meantime,the analysis results and conclusions are summarized.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the effect of city image restoration from four aspects: strengthening the main responsibility of government city image restoration,strengthening the operation management of network public opinion response platform,improving the government response policy and regulation protection system,optimizing the performance evaluation mechanism of government public opinion response.
