Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Improving The Administrative Efficiency Of Municipal Authorities Of Sichuan Provincial Peasants And Workers Democratic Party

This paper takes the subordinate municipal authorities of the Sichuan Peasants and Workers Democratic Party where the author works as the research object,from the perspective of theory and practice,analyzes the status quo,problems and causes as well as the measures and suggestions for the preliminary study and discussion of the improvement of the administrative efficiency of the Sichuan Peasants and Workers Democratic Party municipal authorities.The municipal authorities of the democratic parties have conspicuous political nature and particularity.There are some prominent problems such as few internal institutions and authorized personnel,weak system construction,poor incentive mechanism,and unsatisfactory performance evaluation system,which seriously restricts the administrative efficiency of the authorities.The the administrative efficiency of the authorities is an important guarantee for the long-term development of the democratic parties and one of the important contents of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The municipal authorities of the democratic parties are at the end of the administrative efficiency system of the democratic parties,and play a very important supporting role.Appropriate increasing in institutions,preparation and improvement of administrative organizations,strengthening of efficiency system construction,construction of a complete incentive mechanism,establishment of a scientific assessment system,and consolidation of communication carrier construction,will improve the administrative efficiency level of the democratic party municipal authorities powerfully,effectively and orderly.
