Study On Influencing Factors Of Open Government Data Acceptance In Xuzhou City

Open government data is of great significance to the government's innovative governance and improving the efficiency of government affairs.It is more conducive to building transparent government,participating government and collaborative government.At present,academic circles at home and abroad are paying more and more attention to the open government data,but the research on the influencing factors of open government data adoption is mainly limited to theoretical interpretation,and the scope and depth of research are limited.Based on the technology-organization-environment framework(TOE framework),this paper integrates the influencing factors of open government data,constructs a model for influencing factors of open government data adoption and designs scales.By issuing questionnaires to the public officials of Xuzhou Municipal Government,the data were recovered and the reliability,validity and regression test of the model were used to empirically study the influencing factors of open government data adoption.In addition,in order to avoid the subjectiveization of the questionnaire results,Xuzhou City was taken as a case to analyze the influencing factors of Xuzhou City's open government data.The research results show that the development of Xuzhou's open government data has been significantly improved in the past three years: the construction of open data platform has grown from scratch,the speed of content update has accelerated,and the Xuzhou Municipal Bureau of Big Data has been established.However,the construction of the open data platform in Xuzhou is still too simple,the coverage of data content is relatively narrow,the number is relatively small in Wuxi City,and the lack of data interfaces.These are the directions for the further improvement of the government data of Xuzhou Municipal Government.It is suggested that the Xuzhou Municipal Government further clarify the relevant regulations for opening government data,further improve the quality of data on the ‘Xuzhou Public Data Open' platform,break through the difficulties of relevant information technology for opening government data,and learn from other government's open government data.Etc.,thereby further accelerating the development of the government data of the Xuzhou Municipal Government.
