Research On The Strategy Of Construction About Our Country's Open Data Platform Under The Big Data Environment

For the rich data resources of the government,the advent of big data,have promoted the government information disclosure to government data opened.At the same time,with the development of the society,the data of consciousness and the social demand about the public are gradually improved,and the timeliness and high quality of open government data is becoming more and more stringent.By collecting the open data about the integration of government,companies,universities and research institutions and all kinds of real-time data acquisition and dynamic Internet networking,the data structure of economy and society will be more accurate.And it can provide more accurate basis for the analysis of the economic and social prediction.Therefore,the construction of an open government data platform has become represent the general trend,which can not only enhance the government decision-making ability and the level of public services,but also can promote the interaction between the government and the public,improve the participation of citizens.Firstly,this paper describes the research background of big data and our open government data,and based on this,I have summarized the concept and related theory of big data environment and our government's open data platform under big data environment,summed up our open government data platform facing opportunities and challenges under the big data environment.Secondly,I have analysed the current status of China's open government data platform construction under the big date environment,carried on the analysis from the national level open platform to integrate public service platform for China government information;analysed of Beijing municipal government resources network from the economic,cultural and political center;from the perspective of the core area of big data analysed of government data open platform of Guiyang;analysed provincial government unified and open platform of Guangdong that had existing open platform for the newly established.The analysis included the current causes the achievements,problems and factor.Finally,according to the characteristics of big data,combined with the status quo of data open platform of our government,I have put forward some suggestions about improving construction strategies of our government data open platform under the data environment,from their own infrastructure,function construction,system guarantee,talent reserve and social attention about all walks of life...
