Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Government Data Open Platform In China

With the development of social science and technology,the era of big data has come.Citizens and enterprises have greater demand for government data.The Chinese government has also put the data opening on the agenda as soon as possible,and the government has opened up its data to open data.Various local governments in China are gradually establishing their own government data open platforms.At present,over 20 local governments have established data open platforms.In 2015,the “Outline for the Promotion of Big Data Development” issued by the State Council proposed the establishment of a unified and open national government data platform before the end of 2018.Firstly,this paper researches the development status of China's government data open platform from three aspects of the open environment of Chinese government data,the use of China's government data open platform,and the open content of China's government data open platform,clarifying the development of the government's data open platform;Secondly,taking the United States and the United Kingdom as examples,it explores the experience of the construction of government data open platforms in developed countries;Finally,based on the experience of the open platform for US and British government data openness,and the insufficiency of the open platform for government data in China,we propose effective suggestions for the improvement of our government's data open platform from four aspects of national policies and regulations,data resources construction,data utilization and sharing,and data security.
