Research On The Policy Of Intellectuals Of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Government During Yan'an Period

In the process of the revolution under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China and the construction of a new China,intellectuals have contributed important forces from beginning to end and have played an irreplaceable role.When the party and intellectuals establish contact,the intellectual policy plays a role as a link and becomes a vital component of the party and state policy system.In combination with the development of China's society,intellectuals,as the basis for the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology and strengthening the country through talents,naturally become the resources of concern to the whole society.At this time,the government must introduce more scientific and rational intellectual policies to increase the importance attached to intellectuals.The Communist Party of China has achieved glorious achievements during the development of Yan'an.In the process,intellectual policy played an important role.On the one hand,it helped the party to change the wrong guidance of intellectual policy implementation since the failure of the Great Revolution.The intellectual policy has laid a solid foundation for better investment in practice.This paper uses inductive summarization method,systematic analysis method and literature research method to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the intellectual policy of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the Yan'an period,restore the historical environment,and explore the significant contribution of intellectual policy in the Yan'an period.After analyzing the actual situation of the Chinese revolution,the border area government conducted an in-depth analysis of the intellectuals,formed a correct understanding of the intellectuals in the border areas,and reported a more inclusive political attitude,which gradually evolved into beneficial knowledge.A good policy for molecules to achieve personal value and create social value.This paper summarizes it as a policy system that integrates the four parts of absorption,use,cultivation and transformation.Absorptive performance is to improve the effectiveness of the absorption of intellectuals,and to guide intellectuals to join the party's revolutionary ranks;in the use of intellectuals,we should try our best to create a good working environment,and thus maximize the intellectuals.In terms of cultivating intellectuals,the border area not only invested in the establishment of many schools,but also established a large number of academic groups to build a favorable platform for intellectuals to exchange and learn.In terms of the transformation of intellectuals,not only the basic theory of Marxism and the party were used.The principles and policies to reshape the worldview of intellectuals,and actively call them to work in practice to transform ideas.Under the new historical conditions,we must first adhere to the correct intellectual epistemology;secondly,we must continue to strengthen personnel training and enhance the intellectual literacy of the whole society;and we must establish a sound mechanism for selecting and employing people to ensure that the mechanism is scientific and effective.Sexuality,give full play to the value of intellectuals;finally,comprehensively promote the work of the intellectuals' united front,and let intellectuals contribute their own strength to the great rise of the Chinese nation under the guidance of policies.
