A Research On The Qiannan Of Rural Ideological And Political Education

The leadership of the CPC Central Committee,with general Secretary Xi Jinping as the core,attaches great importance to rural development,in particular by incorporating the "rural revitalization strategy" into the 19 major reports,becoming a major strategy for national development and focusing more on the state and social forces to support rural development.The CPC has always attached importance to rural ideological and political education,it can be said that ideological and political education is an important spiritual weapon for the party to work in rural areas,and the rural ideological and political education under the new era can only be strengthened and cannot be weakened.This paper combs and summarizes the important exposition of Marxist classical writers and leading leaders of the Communist Party of China on rural ideological and political education,which is the theoretical resource of developing rural ideological and political education,and also the theoretical basis for studying the problem of ideological and political education in rural areas of Qiannan.According to the research method,this paper investigates the present situation of ideological and political education in rural areas of Qiannan from the practical point of view,taking the 10 villages in Qiannan town as an example,including the concrete implementation of the investigation steps,and the concrete statistical analysis of the investigation results.According to the investigation,this paper analyzes several aspects of ideological and political education in rural areas of Qiannan,the enthusiasm of rural people to participate in political life is weak,the construction of rural grass-roots education team is weak,the content of education is not targeted and attractive,the educational methods and carriers lack timeliness,and so on,and analyzes the causes of the problems.On the basis of the rural reality in the Qiannan region,taking the rural masses as the starting point,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,including improving the cultural moral quality of the rural masses,guiding the rural masses to change their ideological concepts,improving the overall quality of the rural education team,perfecting the management mechanism of the ideological and political education,To refine the content of ideological and political education,and to explore the appropriate educational methods and carriers suitable for the rural areas of Qiannan,to enhance the actual educational effect of the work suggestions.On the basis of relevant theories and practical investigation,the paper combines theory with practice,which has certain pioneering and innovative.Using Qiannan area as the research scope and choosing the flower town as the main research point,this paper plays a certain role in promoting the study of regional rural ideological and political education.This paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen and improve the work in combination with the actual and regional characteristics of Qiannan rural areas,so as to make the argument more substantial and vivid,hoping to enhance the effect of Qiannan rural ideological and political education,and to provide valuable reference for improving the ideological and political education of rural areas in Qiannan.
