Research On Difficulties And Solutions Of Poverty Alleviation And Relocation In Yangxin County From The Perspective Of Information Asymmetry

“Poverty” has always been a problem that is difficult to solve completely on a global scale.In this regard,each country has different solutions and solutions.For the poverty problem of the poverty alleviation and relocation of the poor,if you want to get rid of poverty,the first need is to improve their post-environment environment and thus to upgrade and transform,and the ex situ poverty alleviation is one of the problems to overcome such poverty.Important initiatives.Under the standard of achieving poverty alleviation by 2020,the relocation of poverty-stricken areas has become more arduous,and time pressures,social pressures,policy pressures,etc.have caused various problems in the process of relocation.Ex-situation of poverty-stricken households as recipients of information,all aspects of information have information asymmetry,usually expressed as moral hazard and adverse selection.How to solve the problem of information asymmetry among personnel at all levels and get rid of moral hazard and adverse selection is still an important issue at present.Therefore,this paper chooses to study the dilemma of the sample village in Y County from the perspective of information asymmetry.This paper takes the Yangxin County Yidi Poverty Relocation and Resettlement Area as the research object,and uses the field visit investigation method to record the dilemma caused by information asymmetry in the process of ex situ poverty alleviation.The first part consists of two core contents: introduction and theoretical basis.The first is based on the three sections of information asymmetry,ex situ poverty alleviation and ecological immigration,collating domestic and foreign research results,defining the concept of ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation,and information;secondly,from information asymmetry theory,population migration theory,poverty malignancy The theory of circulation explores the theoretical basis,forms the theoretical support of this paper,and describes the research ideas and research methods of this paper,pointing out the innovation points and deficiencies of the article.The second part is mainly based on the case obtained from the field investigation in Y County,and analyzes the dilemma faced by it from the perspective of information asymmetry.The dilemma caused by information asymmetry can be divided into two parts:moral dilemma and reverse selection.The ethical dilemma faced is the absolute location ofthe local government and the pricing power of the land acquisition amount of the village cadres;the reverse choice is the most difficult poverty-stricken households are reluctant to relocate and the policy information disadvantage affects the relocation of poor households.The third part is the suggestion and summary part.It puts forward the scientific and reasonable use of modern big data to improve the scientific level of the relocation project itself;further improve the degenerative exit mechanism of poor households by deep understanding the actual situation of poor households;The dynamic tracking and real-time updating of the data of poor households will enable the poor households in the poverty alleviation households to fully protect their lives after the relocation.In addition,this paper also proposes some suggestions for improving poverty alleviation policies in addition to information asymmetry in the ex situ poverty alleviation work.First,it is necessary to expand more channels to ensure the abundant funds for the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation projects,and further improve the government-led,The financial security model for ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation of the market and society;secondly,strengthen the training and construction of the poverty alleviation team,and build a follow-up mechanism for the resettlement of the poverty alleviation.
