Research On Sustainable Livelihoods Of Poor Household Relocation In Precision Poverty Alleviation

Sin ce the 18th National Congress,on the basis of a large number of investigations and long-term thinking on poverty in Ch ina,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the idea of"precise poverty alleviation",that is,to effectively combat poverty through precise identification,precise assistance and precise management.As an important means of precise poverity alleviation,relocation has beceome an important way of precise poverty alleviation and leapfr-og development in concentrated areas.But relocation is not a simple location movement,but a change in the way of livelihood and lifestyle.The ultimate goal of relocation is to solve the follow-up development problems and improve the sustainable livelihood of the relocated poor households.This paper takes the sustainable livelihood of the relocated poor households as the research object,and conducts in-depth research along the line of"putting forward problems-analyzing problems-solving problems".Firstly,the article defines the core concepts and briefly discusses Xi Jinping's precise poverty alleviation thought and sustainable livelihood theory.Secondly,through questionnaires and case interviews,we collect data to clarify the current status of livelihood capital of relocated poor households,point out the problems of sustainable liveli:hood of relocated poor households,and further analyze the underlying causes of this phenomenon.Finally,on the basis of the above,the countermeasures to im prove the sustainable livelihood of the relocated poor households are put forward fr-om five aspects.This paper argues that there are some problems in the sustainable livelihood of the relocated poor households,including the limited natural capital conditions,the weak material capital base,the lack of social capital stock,the low level of hu,man capital and the insufficient stock of financial capital in the relocated poor households'livelihood capital.The causes of these problems lie in the constraints of The original livelihood mode,the lack of self-development awareness,the imformation poverty,the space dilemma of social support,and the poor sustainability of livelihood strategies.Therefore,we should improve the conditions of natural capital,accumulate the total amount of material capital,broaden social capital,improve the level of human capital,and increase the stock of financial capital to improve the sustainable livelihood of relocated poor households,so as to achieve the goal of"stable and prosperous"...
