A Study On Xi Jinping's Youth Concept

General Secretary Xi Jinping,inheriting the Chinese Communist Party's fine tradition of attaching importance to youth and caring for youth,has given utmost attention to youth since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Xi has expressed his trust and expectation for youth in important meetings of the Party,speeches of colleges,letters and congratulations with young people,and has formed new ideas and theories that are creative and contemporary.Xi emphasizes the important position of youth in achieving national prosperity in the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.New requirements has been put forward for the combination of youth's own ideals with the great practice of the Chinese dream and for the unremitting efforts of the country.Xi's youth concept is the inheritance and development of the Marxist youth concept.Studying and learning Xi's youth concept will be helpful for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of youth work in the new era and guiding the comprehensive and healthy growth of youth.The study on Xi's youth concept in this thesis is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is mainly to define the basic concepts,and introduces definitions of youth,youth concept,Marxist youth concept and Xi's youth concept.The second part is the formation and development of Xi's youth concept.This part firstly sorts out and divides the theoretical basis and stage of the formation and development of Xi's youth concept,and then elaborates the realistic basis of the formation and development of Xi's youth concept from the background of the times and the requirements of reality.The stage of the formation and development of Xi's youth concept is the crux of the thesis.The third part is the main content of Xi's youth concept,the focus of the thesis.On the basis of reading,analyzing and summarizing Xi's works on youth and youth work,the author sorts out the main contents of Xi's youth concept,which are youth concepts for understanding,talent,education and appointment.The concept of youth works seeks to build a scientific system for Xi's youth concept.The fourth part is the importance of Xi's youth concept and its practice path,the foothold of the thesis.This paper expounds the value of Xi's youth concept theoretically and practically and further proposes the path of practicing Xi's youth concept from youth,colleges,Party committee and government.
