With the development of artificial intelligence applications,the personal information of citizens has undergone great changes in the way they are collected,stored and processed.A large amount of personal information is collected to form a multi-dimensional intelligent database,which is deeply integrated and analyzed to extract more valuable information and promote the rapid development of artificial intelligence applications.But at the same time it also brings some legal risk issues.In 2017,the State Council issued a plan for the future development of artificial intelligence.It is pointed out in the plan that the development of artificial intelligence has brought some uncertainty to the society.This uncertainty is likely to make the security of personal information unprecedented.The challenge will also threaten current laws and ethics.Therefore,in the face of such risks,China should actively establish and improve the relevant legal system to prevent problems before they occur.On January 25,2019,the central government issued a joint announcement on the"Procedures for the Collection and Use of Personal Information for the Collection of Criminal Violations and Regulations",and organized a nationwide campaign to collect and use personal information for the violation of laws and regulations.The phenomenon of collecting personal information in the right and beyond is rectified.It can be seen that China has taken relevant measures to protect personal information security,but these regulations have not yet risen to the legal level,deterrence is not enough,and personal information cannot be effectively protectedThe era of artificial intelligence has arrived,and the protection of personal information has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad.Due to the application of artificial intelligence technology,the content of personal information has become more and more extensive,the economic value has become increasingly prominent,and data sharing has become more and more frequent.From the current legislative level in China and the protection of personal information at the judicial level,it can be seen that there is still a certain gap between the protection of personal information in China and foreign countries There is no uniform definition of personal information in China,and the rights of personal information are still It is not clear that the principle of infringement liability is not perfect,and in the application of artificial intelligence technology,personal information is over-collected and analyzed.The existence of these legal issues makes the security of personal information unsafe.Therefore,in the law,China should clarify the definition and rights of personal information,improve the principle of infringement of personal information,improve the rights and obligations of information subjects,learn from foreign experience,establish specialized personal information supervision institutions,and conduct stratification supervision.Do a good job in the protection of the central and local dual supervision,and learn from the experience of foreign countries,introduce the industry self-discipline system,and continuously improve the citizens' personal information protection awareness by continuously educating citizens.Only by protecting personal information from multiple aspects can we win this information security war.
