The Research Of The False Performance In The Young Pioneers' Activities And Education Countermeasures

The full name of Young pioneers is "Chinese children's vanguard",it is our country's major children's organization,shoulders on the responsibility of training builders and successors for socialism.It is an important part of basic education,It's also the primary and secondary school education's indispensable right-hand man.The young pioneers' education mainly through all kinds of activities,the young pioneers' activities is the implementation of ideological and moral education,cultivate the innovative spirit and practice ability's important forms and the second classroom,and cultivate the children patriotism emotion,make citizens,form an important basis for a political socialization.In compulsory education stage,Primary school is the first children's school,the young pioneers is the first formal organization they join in accordingly.Since its establishment,the young pioneers has for nearly 70 years history,the development of every step make its organization,form,content,etc to be more perfect,to promote children's all-round development,develop outstanding talents for our country,cultivating patriotic emotion plays a very important role,but there are some disadvantages.Based on previous studies in literature and own practice observation experience,I found it that although each school exists the young pioneers organization,but some schools' young pioneers activities has “false performance” problems,and "performance" is put forward by a well-known American sociologist gove's is his "quasi drama theory","false performance" is refers to the design and implementation of theyoung pioneers activities follow from outside to inside "push" mode,attaches great importance to the external forces of suspensions and emphasize faithful compliance with state policies and regulations,but the purpose is simply to cater to the superior department of inspection and regulation index,evaluation standard is relatively superficial,indexing,many instructors lack of professional quality.Not integrate the national policies and regulations and features of physical and mental development of young pioneers,the social environment,school characteristics very well,think the young pioneers activities is a fuzzy concept,the attitude is inconsistent and do not understand,even think it may delay students learning activities.The author,from the perspective of the young pioneers activities ought to perform state,analyzing the requirements and process of normal young pioneers activities,then proposed abnormal performance of the young pioneers activities that is "false performance",from the activity,namely false "script" itself,performance subject not into roles,field's authenticity,the surface layer of performance itself four aspects were analyzed one by one.Reasonable clear "false performance”,combined with own learning,analyze its reason,from the social environment such as western liberalization impact to communism beliefs and values of surface layer,multimedia performance of supremacy for guidance,knowledge lead,several big aspects of anatomy,the representation and cause of the problem system.And " false performance " problem of the young pioneers activities severely hampered activity effect to the completion of the production and the education goal,is not conducive to the healthy development of children,therefore,the author tries to clear the " false performance ”and reason,based on the actual,from the counselor,the young pioneers,these two activities subject with governmental,social,and the young pioneers leader these behavior main body.Put forward to strengthen links with the interdisciplinary,close to the children's physical and mental development of special characteristics,to take steps to eliminate multiple values of thought disruption caused by the three major education countermeasures,to some extent,to solve the problem of "false performance" in the young pioneers activities,increase the effectiveness of the young pioneers activities,echo the education requirement in the new period,contribute to national policies and regulations to carry out,reach the purpose of young pioneers and children healthy growth.
