Community-Based Residents Participating In The Resettlement Community To Participate Research On

In order to improve the level of urban planning and construction,strengthen governance capabilities,and create distinctive communities and brand communities,the Chengdu government officially began implementing community building projects in 2016.An important indicator of the effectiveness of community building is the level of community involvement.However,there have been some problems in the development of our community for a long time.For example,with a strong administrative color,the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community affairs and community activities is not very high.This study adopts the participatory observation and interview method,through the research of the “Fengxin Bank” program in the community construction project carried out by the J Social Workers Association in the W community,analyzes the concepts and methods of community building to enhance the use of community residents in the practice.Focus on how social workers can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of community residents after entering a new rural resettlement community.The article explores the participation of community residents from the three dimensions of “ Fengxin Bank ” scheme design,program implementation and program evaluation,and summarizes the key to the enthusiasm of this program in effectively mobilizing the residents of the resettlement community.The article believes that the reason why the "Fengxin Bank" program can effectively mobilize residents' participation in the W community is mainly due to the following points: First,following the rules of community construction in the design of the project,it meets the basic needs of the community and closely follows the actual needs of the community residents.Demand-based has always been the focus of socialworkers;second,in the implementation phase of the program,follow the community-created service logic to encourage community residents to add some bottom-up ideas to the community's original top-down governance.Practice,in order to improve the current status of community governance;at the same time,focus on adherence to activities is the means and methods,community residents participate in the purpose,focus on the combination of regular activities and special activities,in the event of difficulties in the event to achieve timely adjustment of activities;In addition,it pays attention to the establishment of self-organization,encourages and cultivates community leaders,helps to form stable financial support and resource support,and helps self-organization to grow and develop.Third,the success of the event cannot be separated from the external environment strongly supported by the government,and the government's policy support.The efforts of community residents and the participation of community organizations are indispensable.The community's hardware creation provides a venue foundation for community residents to have access to.The community-building approach provides a possibility for the government to transform the original blood transfusion service supply into a community self-hematopoietic service self-sufficiency,encouraging residents to actively participate in community activities and affairs in a bottom-up manner,mobilizing community resources.Solving community problems is a kind of synergy and supplement to the original community governance.The experience of mobilizing community residents to participate has certain reference significance for other resettlement communities.
