With the rising number of elderly population,continue to reduce the social fertility,family pension pension mode as the core of the traditional increasingly difficult to continue,therefore,pension become a heavy burden on families and even the society.The current pension mode in China is mainly dominated by the family pension and social pension institutions as the most negative "passive house endowment at home,most closed in the family circle in the elderly and the outside world,not only prone to psychological problems,but can not achieve a sense of security,have the beautiful vision.In the face of pension problems at present,the author hopes to have a new pension model,change passive to active type of old-age pension for the elderly,with a positive and optimistic perspective to face life.This paper mainly studies the application of community banks in the time of mutual aid pension,the pension community as a unit,encouraging the young and healthy elderly people to participate in old-age service actively,to provide services for the elderly,disabled elderly,at the same time,saving time to record their work,they need help for the future when can obtain the corresponding value of the service.This way to break the old family pension based model,the elderly are no longer home in the passive pension,in turn,is a positive attitude to participate in social activities.This approach can not only improve the social skills of older people,increase community identity,but also to a certain extent,alleviate the pressure of the state and society.This paper mainly introduces the application of the time bank community mutual pension at home and abroad,mutual pension mechanism of Baibuting community field research Wuhan time bank,We should make full use of the strategy to provide more professional and more valuable services,and think that the new pension model with practical significance is feasible in the whole country.
