Study On The Optimizing Strategies Of The Subject Structure Of Community Governance In Longnan City

With the improvement of China's socialist market economic system,community development has experienced a process of declining unit type and growing citizens in China.This change has brought about a radical change in the relationship between the government and the community.In the process of community governance,the main body of governance can have not only the government but also the participation of more governance subjects.Just in this way can we better adapt to the needs of community governance in modern society.Community,self-governing community organizations,community residents and other community governance entities should Cooperate and cooperate to push community governance to a new level.This paper takes the Longnan City of Gansu Province as the research object,investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the primary structure of community governance in Longnan City,and puts forward the countermeasures for optimizing the main structure of community governance in the Longnan City.It mainly includes: Chapter 1 Introduction,briefly describes the research background and significance of community governance in Longnan City,the research status of community governance at home and abroad,the research content and research methods of this paper.The second chapter briefly describes the related concepts of community and urban community,community governance,community governance subjects,and new public management theory,civil society theory,multi-center governance theory,and other community governance subject structure.The third chapter analyzes the development status of the primary structure of community governance in Longnan City through interviews and questionnaires.It concludes that the main structure of community governance in the Longnan City mainly includes: government,community neighborhood committee,community socialorganization,and property company.According to the analysis of the interviews and the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that the main structure of community governance in the Longnan City has a high degree of community autonomy,weak social and social organization,low participation of residents,and community work.The lack of professionalism and other issues.The study found that the leading causes of the above problems are the impact of traditional institutions,the inadequacy of community social organization mechanisms and the inadequacy of community worker training and incentive systems.The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of the main body structure of community governance in some cities and regions at home and abroad and draws on its success.The fifth chapter is based on the problems found in the third chapter.Based on the success of the primary structure of community governance in relevant countries and regions,this paper proposes the optimization countermeasures for the main structure of community governance in the Longnan City:First,scientifically locate the government's main structure in community governance.The role of the second;the second is to promote the development of community social organizations;the third is to strengthen the participation of residents;the fourth is to improve the construction of community workers.The sixth chapter is to summarize the primary research process and results of this paper.Studies have shown that under the new social development conditions,only the government and other entities can jointly carry out community governance,to achieve healthy and orderly development of the community.
