From The Perspective Of Related Theorists,the Study On The Optimization Of Credit Entry Policy In Guangzhou

In recent years,with the continuous development of China's urbanization and the acceleration of urbanization,in China's large and medium-sized cities,in order to alleviate the contradiction between migrant workers who enjoy the same benefits in the locality due to the dual household registration system,The “point-to-home” policy has been formulated and introduced one after another.This political decision is constantly changing and developing under the impetus of various factors.This thesis takes the progressive decision theory and the stakeholder theory as the perspective,and combines the background of the policy of “points to the household”,and takes the “points settled” policy content of Guangzhou's domestic first-line representative city as a research sample,through Guangzhou From 2010 to 2018,the city formulated the contents of the “point-to-home” policy to adjust the relevant literature content,and analyzed the implementation effect of the “point-to-home” policy in Guangzhou.It was found that the implementation of the “point-to-home” policy in Guangzhou was fundamental.It promoted the development of urbanization,quantified the standards for scientific management,and reduced unnecessary disputes,but at the same time there were still many problems such as limited household indicators,unreasonable thresholds,and too complicated procedures.In addition,through the matching analysis of the policy adjustment contents of the policy stakeholders' opinions,the provincial government's opinions and the central program have the deepest influence on Guangzhou's “point-to-home” policy content adjustment,followed by academic experts.The least affected by content adjustment is the policy applicants,whose impact on policy is more at the executive level.In summary,only by fully internalizing opinions and spirits into policies,listening to public opinion,promoting democratic decision-making,effectively responding to opposing risks,and adhering to progressive policy adjustments while making scientific decisions,can this policy be continually adapted to reality,truly Migrant workers create a reasonable home environment.
